1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 345win ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us") governing your use of all services available through 345win, including its website, mobile interface, live casino, sports betting, jackpot slots and all other gaming products.

Your agreement to these Terms is confirmed when you complete account registration, make a deposit, place a bet, or use any feature of the 345win platform. These Terms apply to all account holders regardless of when they registered or which payment method they use.

345win reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of 345win following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain a 345win account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be registering and playing for yourself, using your own identity and your own funds.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement — whether through 345win or through a national self-exclusion programme.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or family member of a 345win employee or contractor in any capacity that could create a conflict of interest.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

345win may request documentation to verify your eligibility at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification documentation, 345win reserves the right to suspend or close your account and withhold any associated balance pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one 345win account only. You may not register or operate accounts in a different name, using different contact details, or through any other method designed to circumvent this rule.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information including your real name, date of birth, address and contact details. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• You must notify 345win immediately at support@345win.im if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 345win will never contact you to ask for your password. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and notify us immediately.
• Your account must reflect your actual identity. Name changes require documentary evidence and formal written request to our support team.

345win may request Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification at any time, including — but not limited to — during account registration, on withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000, or if unusual account activity is detected. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All 345win transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied. The balance shown in your 345win account is the amount available to bet with and to withdraw.

Deposits: The minimum deposit at 345win is Rs 200. Deposits are accepted via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Deposits are credited to your account instantly on mobile wallet methods and within a few minutes on bank transfers.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes:

5. Bonuses & Promotions

345win offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific conditions stated on the relevant promotion page at the time of opt-in.

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real money balance.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This is the amount you must bet using the bonus balance before it becomes withdrawable. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated on each promotion page.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time. If you deposit and have an existing active bonus, the new bonus may need to be claimed after the existing one is completed or forfeited.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• 345win reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before a player has opted in.
• If 345win has reasonable grounds to believe a bonus is being claimed through fraudulent means — including multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or exploiting a software error — the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Bonus expiry dates apply. An uncompleted bonus that reaches its expiry date will be removed from your account along with any winnings generated from it.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games on the 345win platform operate according to published rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these rules before playing. Ignorance of game rules is not grounds for a refund.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts

• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from 345win for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure

8. Account Suspension & Closure

• The account is a duplicate of an existing 345win account
• Coordinated abuse of the bonus system has occurred
• Account activity poses a risk to the security, integrity or reputation of the 345win platform

When an account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds is frozen until the investigation is complete. If the investigation confirms a breach of Terms, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach. If no breach is found, the account is reinstated and full access to the balance is restored.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact 345win support via live chat or at support@345win.im. Any real money balance in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, you may request formal escalation to our disputes resolution team by emailing support@345win.im with the subject line "Formal Dispute – [Your Account ID]". 345win commits to providing a written response to formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.

Disputes relating to individual game results must be raised within 30 days of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this window will not be accepted for investigation.
